為了適應于鎂鈣磚、鎂鈣碳磚爐襯的配套使用，中鎂集團開發(fā)了與其相適應的配套用散料，即：可塑料 ZKS-1、填充料 ZTC-1 和搗打料 ZDD-1 等系列產(chǎn)品，分別應用于爐口、爐襯工作層與層之間、爐底邊角縫處的搗打和填充。該系列散料在施工過程中采用無水結合劑，顆粒級配好，搗打體、填充體致密，在高溫下產(chǎn)生陶瓷結合，燒結強度高，整體性好。
